Entering is easy! Simply fill out the form, choose Chapel Hill NC as your Pulp location, click submit… and you’re in the running. One winner will be selected after the contest ends on September 30th and announced by email. and posted here so check back October 1st!

* winner is randomly selected for each store using digitally scrambled contest software

* one winner per store. One entry per person

* Duplicate email addresses will be removed

* Free smoothie punch card will be picked up in selected store

* Punch Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen

* Punch Card is only redeemable at assigned winning store

* Free Smoothies for One year prize equals one regular sized classic smoothie, each week, for 52 weeks. Prize valued at $338.00.
